I hope that you are all well and having a great week so far.
Well my week started of very badly and I am going to have a public moan.
We were in The Long Beach Mall Yesterday and needed to book our tickets to England to see my Dad, who is very ill.
We went to Flight Centre where everything started of very well and he did the prebooking, and we then went to the bank and got a cheque, which we then gave to the Gentleman, he told us that it would take twenty minutes for the ticket to generate, so we went and did our shopping and then went back and were told no it had not gone through yet, so we were beginning to get cross, but we went and had a cup of tea and took our time about it, and then went back to be told no it still was not through, so now very angry we went home. My brother then phoned to say that he had got a ticket and it had taken him twenty minutes flat. We were then incredibly angry and wrote a stinking email to flight centre head quarters.
We went in this morning still incredibly cross and not having had much sleep, to demand our ticket, to have a lady who was working there say to us in a crossish voice what do you want, so I demanded my ticket or my money back immediately, at which time she seemed to be reluctant, but sat down and printed out our tickets for us.
We were not treated well, and they do not seem to care for there customers, so all I can say if anyone is thinking of dealing with Flight Centre, then don't, either book your tickets on line straight from the airlines, or else go to a travel agent that you know is good.
Needless to say I will never be going back there.
