Card for Dragon Lairs design monthly digi
Hi Everybody,
Hope you are well.
I am fine, but in the ark as our electricity department is load shedding, so they turn the electricity of for two and a half hours.
I have just finished a card, with a digi stamp supplied by Dragons lair designs. It is such a cute little bear with such a sad face.
I coloured him in with a mixture of pro markers, flex markers and graph-it pens. I then used white card stock, and layered it with plain blue board, a red sort of damask, that I had left over from something else, don't k ow what paper pack it came from, then I used a layer of plain red board, and layered that with a sort of damask light blue paper, once again I cant give you the paper pack as it was a piece left over. I then added a red stripe, and then my image. Once I had added my image I cut a slit in the side of the card and put the blue ribbon on. I then cut three hearts from the red board and pt them on top of the ribbon. I then went into Coral Draw and did the banner. I made a rectangle of the size I wanted, then filled it with blue, I then did the writing with a white outline and a white fill.
I will attach the card now.

New Card made with a Dragons Lair Designs Digi stamp
Hi Everyone,
I hope that you are all well and having a really great weekend.
Hubby told me to go and play, so I did and I have finished a card with a digi stamp supplied by Dragons Lair Designs. I think their site is www,dragonslairdesigns.com/shop/. It is well worth visiting as they have some really fantastic things there. This is a digi that they supply on facebook that you have to colour and make into something, then you can get another one the next month, so I do not know if it is in the shop.Any way here is the card that I made.

I used pink card stock to which I added the corner papers. I then added the three gems in each corner, then added the coloured image.

two more colourings
Hi Everyone,
I am putting two on this post, as they are both the same stamp by visible image.
The first one I have coloured with promarkers and flexmarkers.
The greens were holly,pine and lush green.
This is done with my box of derwent water colour pencils, a box of twenty four colours. I did the face in what they call orange, so all the flesh wash done in orange. The hat was done in three colours of blue putting the lightest all over and then adding the darker ones. The same was done with the reds and the purples I used three colours on the boots greys and black and then put a grey shadow around her.

The reds were crimson, berry red and lipstick red. the blues were french navy, Aegean and sky blue.The browns were walnut, burnt sienna and cinnamon. I put a brown shadow around her.
The second one is the same stamp by visible image, but painted with water colour pencils. I have decided that I prefer to put the colour from the pencil onto my paint brush and then onto the paper, I just prefer the look.

It is a fairy and she is really cute. I coloured her at craft club and am pretty pleased with the way she came out. Maybe my colouring is getting slightly better.

Her wings were done with gold along the lines and then just blended out with the blender pen, so they look kinda translucent.Her face was done with coral, baby pink, for cheeks and lips and I have forgotten what the other colours were.

In case you are wondering how I manage to get all this done just recently. We are having our kitchen redone, so can't leave the house for long periods. So hubby and I are sitting at our computers or crafting, and the result is all the stuff I am now putting on. Got another three weeks to go, so may see a lot more.
Anyway the next one I am putting up I also have no idea where I got it from, but also a free digi or colouring picture. Thank you very much to the artist who drew it.It is a dragon and it is coloured with Promarkers.

New colouring

Here is my second colouring, it is an angel, once again not sure where I got it from, but she was free, and who ever the artist is, thank you very much.

one. I coloured her with something called Lyra Aqua Brush Duo's, and could not get them to do anything that I wanted, so I will have to work out how they work.
Anyway, they had no sort of skin colours, so I left her face un painted. I did her hair in browns , dark yellow, can't really call it cold for her halo, blues for her wings, brown on her harp and yellows on her dress. Not happy.

Colourings i have done over the last week.

I have had rather a wonderful time just lately and am going to put all the colourings that I have done recently in this post. Some of them I don't know the artists but I say thank you to all those who do digi stamps for us, people that cannot draw.
I will put them on one at a time and try and remember the colours etc that I used.
The first one I am putting on is a bear that I made my first attempt at using water colour pencils, I don't think it is very good, but if I put it on then I will learn from the comments.
As I said this was I think a free colouring picture of the net, don't remember the site, but he was very cute. I did the ground in various green water colour pencils, I have the Derwent 24 colour set. I did the sky in pinks and reds and purples. The grass and the sky I did by scribbling on the paper with the colours and then putting a wet paint brush to them. The flowers I did by putting my wet paint brush onto the pencil and then putting the colour onto the paper, and I think I prefer this method. The flower was done in yellow and red. The bear was painted in the same way as the flower in browns.
I have changed my mind, and am going to do a separate post for every one or they will be to long.
